All sales are final once an order has shipped. Due to the collectible and sensitive nature of fine wine, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered. Include photos and a full description of the issue so we may review it.
We handle such claims at our sole discretion. Wines are sold as-is unless an error was made on our part or the bottle shows visible damage. We source exclusively from trusted suppliers with a strong record of proper storage.
Approved returns must be unopened, with labels intact and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method, less shipping and credit card processing fees.
