We have a case-by-case policy based on the many variable situations of wine purchase. Being a living, breathing, aged product, wine inherently has scenarios where we, as retailers, cannot universally ensure quality. But, we have done our best to only purchase wines from highly reputable sources, continually investing top dollar for wines stored in trusted and optimal conditions.

Please inspect your delivery immediately and report any issues within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for consideration of a return. Generally, you accept the wine in as-is condition unless there was an error made on our part or the bottle is visibly flawed or damaged.

If a return is authorized, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened, with its labels intact and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. All fully authorized returns or cancellations are refunded to the original payment method, less shipping and credit card processing fees.
