IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TARIFFS, DUTIES, AND ADDITIONAL FEES

En Primeur pricing reflects the cost of the wine and does not include applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, or other government-imposed import fees. All such charges will be assessed separately at the prevailing rates in effect at the time of importation.

The client acknowledges that tariffs and related fees may change between the date of purchase and the time of delivery and agrees to be responsible for such charges.

Prior to importation, we will notify the client of the applicable tariffs, duties, and fees. If the client chooses not to proceed at the prevailing rates, the order may be canceled at that time without penalty. In such case, all monies paid will be refunded, less a 3% credit card processing fee, which is non-refundable.

EN PRIMEUR PURCHASE TERMS

En Primeur wines are offered for sale while still in barrel and prior to bottling, typically 2–3 years before release. Delivery timing is dependent on the winery’s production and release schedule and may extend several years from the date of purchase.

Due to the allocation-based and investment nature of En Primeur offerings, all sales are final upon order confirmation. Orders are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, except as expressly provided under the tariff, duty, and fee provision above.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Any delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to meet projected timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to production delays, shipping disruptions, weather events, labor issues, governmental actions, or customs processing.

We shall not be liable for any delays in delivery or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising therefrom.

STORAGE AND SHIPPING

Upon arrival, wines will be stored in our temperature-controlled facility until the client arranges for shipment or pickup. We will notify the client when wines become available.

Shipping will be scheduled upon client confirmation. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
