This policy applies to international wine orders approved for shipment by Angry Wine Merchant. Shipping availability depends on the destination, applicable regulations, and available transportation services.

Destination Review

International orders require a minimum wine purchase of $2,000. All destinations must be reviewed before purchase. Angry Wine Merchant may decline an international shipment when legal, regulatory, customs, carrier, or other shipping requirements cannot reasonably be satisfied.

Import Requirements

The customer is responsible for confirming that wine may legally be imported and received at the destination and for complying with all applicable import requirements, including permits, licenses, documentation, customs requirements, and legal drinking-age requirements.

Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

All applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed at the destination are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options and charges are quoted based on the destination and order. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, regulatory review, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and customs information and for satisfying any requirements necessary to receive the shipment.

Final Sale

International orders are final sale and non-returnable once shipped. Orders that cannot be delivered due to import restrictions, customs requirements, unpaid duties or taxes, inaccurate or incomplete information, or failure to accept delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Any additional shipping, return transportation, storage, customs, brokerage, duties, tariffs, taxes, or other charges resulting from these circumstances are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Terms

International orders may be subject to additional terms based on the destination, carrier, shipping method, or circumstances of the order. Any applicable additional terms will be provided before purchase or shipment.
