Tasting Notes

On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and velvety, delivering dense dark fruit framed by polished tannins and balanced acidity. The finish is long and resonant, marked by depth, freshness, and a distinctly savory edge that continues to evolve with time.
Winemaking & Vineyard Details
