The 2021 release emphasizes restraint and transparency over sheer power.
Tasting Notes
The nose is expressive and refined, offering aromas of red cherry, blackberry, violet, and subtle spice. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and finely layered, with supple tannins supporting fresh fruit and mineral tones. Cabernet Franc brings lift and aromatic detail, while Merlot adds roundness and depth. The finish is long, poised, and quietly persistent.
Winemaking & Vineyard Details
The blend is led by Cabernet Franc with Merlot in a supporting role, reflecting the estate’s signature style.
