Produced only when conditions meet the house’s uncompromising standards, this vintage emphasizes purity, balance, and controlled richness, reflecting both the evolution of the estate and the unique character of the growing season.
Tasting Notes
The aromatics are lifted and detailed, showing ripe apricot, candied citrus peel, acacia honey, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, the wine is layered yet precise, combining stone fruit, citrus oil, and gentle spice with vibrant acidity. The texture is seamless, and the finish is long and focused, defined by clarity rather than excess weight.
Winemaking & Vineyard Details
Dominated by Semillon with a portion of Sauvignon Blanc, the wine is crafted from grapes harvested through multiple selective passes to capture berries affected by noble rot at optimal balance. Fermentation and aging in new French oak barrels enhance complexity while preserving freshness and structural definition.
